Domaine Guion exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 7 hectares property, helmed by Stéphane Guion, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Cabernet Franc across Bourgueil. Domaine Guion produces Bourgueil wines. The vineyard is cultivated organically since 1965 : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited. Domaine Guion has received our "Very nice wines" badge. This badge distinguishes wineries whose wines are regularly mentioned in French wine guides.
