Domaine de Rocheville exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 16 hectares property, helmed by Philippe Porché, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. Careful vinification and patient maturation take place in spectacular troglodyte cellars carved deep into limestone bedrock, creating an ideal setting to elevate Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Crémant de Loire, Saumur, Saumur Champigny. During your visit, you will enjoy a warm, attentive cellar-door welcome complete with insightful explanations of the winemaking process and a guided tasting of the estate's vintages.

Domaine de Rocheville produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Saumur Champigny, Saumur, Crémant de Loire. The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
