Château de Targé exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 24 hectares property, helmed by Paul Pisani-Ferry, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Saumur, Saumur Champigny. The estate also provides on-site guest lodgings surrounded by vines, creating an idyllic setting for an extended, relaxing wine getaway in the Loire Valley.

Château de Targé produces wines from two major appellations : Saumur Champigny and Saumur. The vineyard is cultivated organically since 2020 : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
