Domaine de la Grange exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 13 hectares property, helmed by Bruno Curassier, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. Careful vinification and patient maturation take place in spectacular troglodyte cellars carved deep into limestone bedrock, creating an ideal setting to elevate Cabernet Franc across Touraine. Tastings at the cellar door offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, ideal for sharing a genuine moment with the winemakers and discovering the diverse portfolio of the estate.

The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
