Domaine Caves du Père Auguste exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 46 hectares property, helmed by Adrien Godeau, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Touraine, Touraine Chenonceaux. The estate also provides on-site guest lodgings surrounded by vines, creating an idyllic setting for an extended, relaxing wine getaway in the Loire Valley.

Domaine Caves du Père Auguste produces wines from two major appellations : Touraine and Touraine Chenonceaux. The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically.
