Domaine des Hautes Vignes produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Saumur Champigny, Saumur, Crémant de Loire. The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically.

Domaine des Hautes Vignes proposes free wine tasting on site. The winery has received the Loire Valley Quality Cellars label which rewards the quality of its wine tasting experience.
