Domaine Mélaric exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 4 hectares property, helmed by Aymeric Hillaire, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Saumur, Saumur Puy Notre Dame. Domaine Mélaric produces wines from two major appellations : Saumur Puy Notre Dame and Saumur. The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited. Domaine Mélaric has received our "Very nice wines" badge. This badge distinguishes wineries whose wines are regularly mentioned in French wine guides.
