Domaine de l’Enchantoir produces wines from two major appellations : Saumur and Saumur Puy Notre Dame. The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
Organic wines
Domaine de l’Enchantoir requests a small fee for tasting wine on site. Domaine de l’Enchantoir also offers additional activities around wine and winemaking such as the visit of the cellar, a troglodyte cellar to visit, the visit of the vineyard, … The winery has received the Loire Valley Quality Cellars label which rewards the quality of its wine tasting experience.
