Domaine La Taupe pushes organic farming a step further by offering 100% natural wines (without inputs and a limited use of sulfur). During your visit you will be offered to taste wines of the following type : red, dry white, rosé, … Domaine La Taupe was founded in 2017.
A small estate taken over by a promising Dutch winemaker : Bertjan Mol. The vineyard is completely biodynamic and certified Demeter : the Domaine La Taupe produces natural wines without sulphur, inputs or filtration. In short, a small “all natural” production, harvested by hand, of around 35,000 bottles per year (“only for the best vintages” says the winemaker!).
Note that “Bert” Mol is also an importer of natural wines, so you can taste the wines of Domaine La Taupe … but not only 🙂

Domaine La Taupe produces wines under the appellation Vin de France. The vineyard is cultivated to produce natural wines, i.e. from grapes grown in organic or biodynamic agriculture and vinified without synthetic or chemical products except sulfur dioxide which is essential for the preservation of wine.
