Domaine Sauvète exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 17 hectares property, helmed by Jérôme & Dominique Sauvète, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Crémant de Loire, Touraine, Touraine Chenonceaux. During your visit, you will enjoy a warm, attentive cellar-door welcome complete with insightful explanations of the winemaking process and a guided tasting of the estate's vintages.

Domaine Sauvète produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Touraine, Touraine Chenonceaux, Crémant de Loire. The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited. Domaine Sauvète has received our "Very nice wines" badge. This badge distinguishes wineries whose wines are regularly mentioned in French wine guides.
