Château de Nitray exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 10 hectares property, driven by a passionate team, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Touraine. Château de Nitray produces Touraine wines. The vineyard is cultivated organically since 2019 : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
