This spanning 17 hectares property, helmed by Xavier et Clémence Weisskopf, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Montlouis, Touraine, Val de Loire, Vin de France. Rocher des Violettes produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Montlouis, Touraine, Val de Loire. The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
