“La Cousine de ma Mère” (My mum’s cousin in French) develops an expressive nose with notes of strawberry jam. A red Chinon wine that offers an opulent palate that combines aromas of black fruits with beautiful blackcurrant nuances. The Cabernet Franc gives here a well balanced fleshy wine. Domaine Grosbois has accustomed us to producing divine wines and this “La Cousine de ma Mère” is a fine example of that, again. Greatly enjoyed with a Caesar salad or a lamb skewer.
