The “Clos du Noyer” cuvée from Domaine Grosbois develops a candied cherry nose with notes of blackcurrant and blackberry. A beautifully elegant red Chinon wine that combines aromas of red fruits with beautiful oaky nuances. The Cabernet Franc grape variety produces a wine with beautiful density and balance. Domaine Grosbois has accustomed us to producing divine wines and this “Clos du Noyer” is a fine example. Can be enjoy with a nice piece of marinated flank steak.
