Jacky Blot, Head winemaker of Domaine de la Taille aux Loups, offers us here a very beautiful white Loire Valley wine, from one of the most beautiful plots of the Domaine. The “Clos de Mosny” cuvée is a deep and concentrated wine, with controlled acidity, which gives it a good grip in the mouth and good length also. On the aroma side, this “Clos de Mosny” reveals notes of citrus, honey … and a touch of salted butter caramel. Though not certified, the “Clos de Mosny” from Jacky Blot is an organic wine, from the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, and of course 100% Chenin Blanc. In short? Le Clos de Mosny de la Taille aux Loups is a beautiful wine … that has made some cry the first time they tasted it!
