Bulapapa from the Domaine de la Croix Mélier is a sparkling white wine made from mechanically worked soils, without use of chemicals. The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinified at the Estate by fermentation with indigenous yeasts, Bulapapa finishes its fermentation in the bottle. Age of the vines: 30 years.
Palate: the fine bubbles of the Bulapapa express delicate fruit aromas (pear, white peach).
