The Haut des Pions cuvée from the Domaine de la Croix Mélier is a dry white wine vinified at the Domaine by slow fermentation, with indigenous yeasts. The nose reveals a subtle, slightly lemony floral palette. The mouth, invigorating and subtle, leads to fine notes of liquorice. A perfect serve with oysters, shell fish, sea fish and citrus and poultry.
