Domaine de la Chevalerie “Peu Muleau” is produced from young vines located at the top of the hills of Restigné (one of the 6 small villages who produce Bourgueil wines). As all wines from the Domaine de la Chevalerie, the “Peu Muleau” cuvée if organic / biodynamic grown. The result is in the glass : a superb “entry level” wine from the Domaine de la Chevalerie, and a very nice expression of the Loire Valley region. A “gourmet juice”, full bodied, with very present and fine tannins, with a slight acidity that will go well with red meats and even duck. Great value for the price.
