Domaine de la Chevalerie stands as a dedicated benchmark of biodynamic viticulture in the Loire Valley. This spanning 38 hectares estate, helmed by Laurie, Stéphanie & Emmanuel Caslot, places utmost importance on working in harmony with natural rhythms and preserving living soils. Careful vinification and patient maturation take place in spectacular troglodyte cellars carved deep into limestone bedrock, creating an ideal setting to elevate Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Bourgueil.
