About the Winery
Domaine du Vieux Pressoir exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 26 hectares property, helmed by Famille Vagnon, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. Careful vinification and patient maturation take place in spectacular troglodyte cellars carved deep into limestone bedrock, creating an ideal setting to elevate Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Coteaux de Saumur, Saumur, Saumur Puy Notre Dame. The estate also provides on-site guest lodgings surrounded by vines, creating an idyllic setting for an extended, relaxing wine getaway in the Loire Valley.
