This spanning 4 hectares estate, helmed by Pauline Mourrain et Laurent Troubat, places utmost importance on working in harmony with natural rhythms and preserving living soils. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Saumur, Saumur Puy Notre Dame.
