Jacky Blot, head winemaker of Domaine de la Taille aux Loups, delights us here a very beautiful sparkling wine from the Loire Valley. “Triple Zéro” make a strong claim for its natural production: zero chaptalisation, zero tirage liqueur, zero expedition liqueur. You now know where its name stems from. Jacky Blot’s Triple Zéro is an organic wine, appellation Montlouis-sur-Loire, and of course 100% Chenin Blanc, as it should be for this appellation. To be adde : this wine has become in a few years an institution in the Loire Valley and, undoubtedly, the sparkling Loire Valley wine of reference for connoisseurs. The only flaw of Triple zero? The capacity of the bottle: 75cl, that’s too quickly gone!
