Domaine de la Bergerie exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 36 hectares property, helmed by Anne & Marie Guégniard, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Anjou, Cabernet d'Anjou, Coteaux du Layon, Crémant de Loire, Savennières. The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
