Domaine de Bois Mozé exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 37 hectares property, helmed by Mathilde Giraudet, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Anjou, Anjou-villages, Cabernet d'Anjou, Coteaux de l'Aubance. Domaine de Bois Mozé produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Anjou, Cabernet d'Anjou, Anjou-villages. The vineyard is cultivated organically since 2017 : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited. Domaine de Bois Mozé has received our "Superb wines" badge. This badge distinguishes wineries who produce very high quality wines, consistently … and praised by French wine critics.
