Domaine des Fontaines exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 30 hectares property, helmed by Alain & Vincent Rousseau, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Anjou, Bonnezeaux, Coteaux du Layon. Tastings at the cellar door offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, ideal for sharing a genuine moment with the winemakers and discovering the diverse portfolio of the estate.

Domaine des Fontaines produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Coteaux du Layon, Anjou, Bonnezeaux. The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically. Domaine des Fontaines has received our "Very nice wines" badge. This badge distinguishes wineries whose wines are regularly mentioned in French wine guides.
