Château Gaudrelle exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 20 hectares property, helmed by Eric Pasquier, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. Careful vinification and patient maturation take place in spectacular troglodyte cellars carved deep into limestone bedrock, creating an ideal setting to elevate Chenin Blanc across Vouvray. During your visit, you will enjoy a warm, attentive cellar-door welcome complete with insightful explanations of the winemaking process and a guided tasting of the estate's vintages.

Château Gaudrelle produces Vouvray wines. The vineyard is cultivated organically since 2017 : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
