Established in 1989, Domaine Le Capitaine carries forward an authentic family winemaking tradition known for remarkable consistency. This spanning 27 hectares estate, helmed by Florian Le Capitaine, harmoniously combines generational expertise with modern precision. Careful vinification and patient maturation take place in spectacular troglodyte cellars carved deep into limestone bedrock, creating an ideal setting to elevate Chenin Blanc across Vouvray. During your visit, you will enjoy a warm, attentive cellar-door welcome complete with insightful explanations of the winemaking process and a guided tasting of the estate's vintages.
