Domaine Olivier exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 63 hectares property, helmed by Patrick Olivier, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Anjou, Bourgueil, Crémant de Loire, Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. During your visit, you will enjoy a warm, attentive cellar-door welcome complete with insightful explanations of the winemaking process and a guided tasting of the estate's vintages.
