This spanning 17 hectares property, helmed by Ysabelle et Florestan Mercier, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Cheverny, Crémant de Loire. Domaine Florysa produces wines from two major appellations : Cheverny and Crémant de Loire. The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically.
