In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Crémant de Loire, Touraine, Touraine Chenonceaux. Domaine du Vieil Orme produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Touraine, Touraine Chenonceaux, Crémant de Loire. The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically.
