From the sandy gravel terraces that impart crunchy red fruit to the Bourgueil Céleste, to the limestone slopes of the Chinon Le Haut Midi, each cuvée impresses with its precision and refined tannins. The natural sparkling Pét-Nat Petit Âne demonstrates impressive craft, delivering pure and celebratory bubbles without added sulfites.
