Domaine du Mortier produces wines from two major appellations : Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil and Vin de France. The vineyard is cultivated to produce natural wines, i.e. from grapes grown in organic or biodynamic agriculture and vinified without synthetic or chemical products except sulfur dioxide which is essential for the preservation of wine. Domaine du Mortier has received our "Very nice wines" badge. This badge distinguishes wineries whose wines are regularly mentioned in French wine guides.
