About the Winery
Domaine Dozon exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 14 hectares property, helmed by Eric Santier, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Chinon. Tastings at the cellar door offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, ideal for sharing a genuine moment with the winemakers and discovering the diverse portfolio of the estate.
