Domaine des Tabourelles exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 20 hectares property, helmed by Anne Josseau, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. Careful vinification and patient maturation take place in spectacular troglodyte cellars carved deep into limestone bedrock, creating an ideal setting to elevate Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Touraine, Touraine Chenonceaux. The estate also provides on-site guest lodgings surrounded by vines, creating an idyllic setting for an extended, relaxing wine getaway in the Loire Valley.

Domaine des Tabourelles produces wines from two major appellations : Touraine and Touraine Chenonceaux. The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically.
