Winemaking at Domaine Delalle follows an artisanal, low-intervention philosophy characterized by selective hand harvesting, spontaneous indigenous yeast fermentations, and minimal sulfur additions. The portfolio highlights Loire iconic grapes with finesse, from the approachable and fruit-forward red blend La Burette to single-parcel masterpieces such as Le Moulin Doré, a tense and deeply mineral barrel-fermented Chenin Blanc. The estate also crafts heritage old-vine Grolleau bottlings and a crisp Non Dosé sparkling wine aged patiently on laths.
