This spanning 15 hectares property, helmed by Gabriele & Régis Dansault, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Montlouis, Touraine. Domaine de l'Ouche Gaillard produces wines from two major appellations : Montlouis and Touraine. The vineyard is cultivated organically since 2010 : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.
