This spanning 55 hectares property, helmed by Jean-baptiste Bonnigal & Stéphane Bodet, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. Domaine Bonnigal-Bodet produces wines from two major appellations : Touraine and Crémant de Loire. The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically.
