Domaine Belargus stands as a dedicated benchmark of biodynamic viticulture in the Loire Valley. This spanning 26 hectares estate, helmed by Ivan Massonnat, places utmost importance on working in harmony with natural rhythms and preserving living soils. Domaine Belargus produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Coteaux du Layon, Savennières, Quarts de Chaume. The vineyard is cultivated biodynamically, an approach that takes organic farming a step further : use of plant-based preparations to help the vines grow stronger, even more limited addition of sulfur, respect for the lunar calendar, … Domaine Belargus has received our "Very nice wines" badge.
