About the Winery
Established in 1947, Clos du Tue-Bœuf carries forward an authentic family winemaking tradition known for remarkable consistency. This spanning 14 hectares estate, helmed by Zoé Puzelat, harmoniously combines generational expertise with modern precision. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Cheverny, Vin de France. Tastings at the cellar door offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, ideal for sharing a genuine moment with the winemakers and discovering the diverse portfolio of the estate.
