This spanning 45 hectares estate, helmed by Paul Filliatreau, places utmost importance on working in harmony with natural rhythms and preserving living soils. Careful vinification and patient maturation take place in spectacular troglodyte cellars carved deep into limestone bedrock, creating an ideal setting to elevate Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Saumur, Saumur Champigny.
