Cour-Cheverny and its unique grape variety, Romorantin, deliver a ‘Superb’ 2024 vintage that will delight purists. While rainy weather cut yields by over 30%, the late-ripening nature of Romorantin allowed it to preserve magnificent tension and notable saline concentration. The wine reveals a bright pale gold color and complex aromas of quince, crisp green apple, beeswax, and flinty minerality. On the palate, the attack is razor-sharp leading into an intensely mineral finish. A gastronomic white built for aging.
