Moulin de l'Horizon exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 32 hectares property, helmed by Christine & Hervé Des Grousilliers-Lefort, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Anjou, Cabernet d'Anjou, Coteaux de Saumur, Crémant de Loire, Saumur, Saumur Puy Notre Dame. The estate also provides on-site guest lodgings surrounded by vines, creating an idyllic setting for an extended, relaxing wine getaway in the Loire Valley.

Moulin de l'Horizon produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Saumur Puy Notre Dame, Saumur, Anjou. The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically. Moulin de l'Horizon has received our "Very nice wines" badge. This badge distinguishes wineries whose wines are regularly mentioned in French wine guides.
