The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically. Domaine Paris-Simoneau has received our “Very nice wines” badge. This badge distinguishes wineries whose wines are regularly mentioned in French wine guides.
