Domaine des Varinelles exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 42 hectares property, helmed by Famille Daheuiller, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. Careful vinification and patient maturation take place in spectacular troglodyte cellars carved deep into limestone bedrock, creating an ideal setting to elevate Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Crémant de Loire, Saumur, Saumur Champigny. Tastings at the cellar door offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, ideal for sharing a genuine moment with the winemakers and discovering the diverse portfolio of the estate.

Domaine des Varinelles produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Saumur Champigny, Crémant de Loire, Saumur. The vineyard is cultivated organically since 2011 : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited. Domaine des Varinelles has received our "Very nice wines" badge. This badge distinguishes wineries whose wines are regularly mentioned in French wine guides.
