Domaine des Tabourelles produces wines from two major appellations : Touraine and Touraine Chenonceaux. The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically.

Domaine des Tabourelles also offers additional activities around wine and winemaking such as a troglodyte cellar to visit, self-caring accommodation, … The winery has received the Loire Valley Quality Cellars label which rewards the quality of its wine tasting experience.
