Helmed by winemakers Aurélien, Maxime, and Marietta Ricou since 2022, the estate crafts a variety of wines ranging from dry whites, sweet whites, sparkling, rosés, to fruity reds. Committed to sustainable viticulture, it boasts both an “independent vigneron” status and “Haute Valeur Environnementale” certification.
