Domaine de la Croix des Vainqueurs exemplifies the dedication of organic winemaking in the Loire Valley. This spanning 8 hectares property, helmed by Laurent Bonneau, focuses on careful soil cultivation and the vibrant purity of the fruit. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc across Crémant de Loire, Vouvray. The vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture which only uses phytosanitary products to treat the vines when necessary, and not systematically.
