Domaine de la Cabernelle produces wines from two major appellations : Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil and Bourgueil. The vineyard is cultivated organically : no synthetic or insecticide treatment is used in the vines and the addition of sulfur during vinification is very limited.

Domaine de la Cabernelle requests a small fee for tasting wine on site. The winery has received the Loire Valley Quality Cellars label which rewards the quality of its wine tasting experience.
