Domaine de la Boulaie is a fine artisanal estate in the Loire wine country, celebrated for the authentic character and elegance of its cuvées. This spanning 23 hectares property, helmed by David Gallé, is committed to expressing the true identity of its appellation soils. In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Chinon. Tastings at the cellar door offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, ideal for sharing a genuine moment with the winemakers and discovering the diverse portfolio of the estate.
