In both the vineyard and cellar, every step preserves the natural freshness and aromatic definition of the grapes, crafting expressive wines centered on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc across Crémant de Loire, Saumur, Saumur Champigny, Vin de France. Domaine Bobinet produces wines from different Loire Valley appellations such as Saumur Champigny, Crémant de Loire, Saumur. The vineyard is cultivated to produce natural wines, i.e. from grapes grown in organic or biodynamic agriculture and vinified without synthetic or chemical products except sulfur dioxide which is essential for the preservation of wine.
